A very nice dining experience. Great atmosphere, incredible selection of food, great price. There’s a great selection of sushi and sushi rolls. The Mongolian grill is cooked to order. Each of those were worth the price of the buffet by themselves. Huge selection of food at the buffets: seafood, beef, chicken, desserts, salad bar and more that I can list here. It has to be the best value for your money you’ll find in Mooresville. Just go.

Great service and great food. I will be back. 6-16-25: Ichiban Buffet is a solid spot if you’re craving variety, flavor, and great service. They offer a wide selection of dishes including unlimited hibachi cooked fresh on the grill, a solid sushi selection, and all the classic buffet favorites. It’s a great bang for your buck! The service was friendly and efficient, and the food was constantly being replenished and kept fresh. I love that the hibachi and sushi are included—why not treat yourself? One important note: they do not allow pets inside the building, so plan accordingly. Also, when you pay at the register, they’ll give you the option to tip there—but I recommend tipping your server in cash directly, just to ensure they actually receive it. Overall, a great place for buffet lovers who want variety, speed, and good service. I’ll definitely be back

Incredible selection, every bite worth the money. No idea how anyone has anything bad to say. It's good food, they even have gravy to go with slow roast beef. Came back the very next day and will be back tomorrow

I visit this Hibachi buffet from time to time, and I really enjoy it especially when I’m hungry. They have a large selection of food, and the seafood is my favorite. It’s always fresh. The atmosphere is nice, and the staff is friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Giving this place 5 stars because of selection and price … now it’s not perfect but the sushi was fire and smelled great the steak was decent for the 10 dollar price point . The snack selection and all selections were huge . Great salad bar and great choices for hibachi . I was impressed for sure overall . Would eat again.. oh btw I went for lunch not dinner and they had a lot !!

My family and I ate dinner here and the food was pretty good. They have a large selection of food and the prices are decent. I love the hibachi here, however, I wish they had other options like the establishment before them. Although they had a variety of sushi, most of the options were out. The food at the buffet was lukewarm, it could've definitely been hotter. The music/atmosphere was nice and the staff was very friendly. Although there were some things we didn't like (food lukewarm, no sushi, old fruit) we will return in the future.

Just went here with my wife for our 2 year anniversary. The food was really good they had a good variety of it as well. The service was really good every time we were almost half way done with our drinks they would come give us more an then they would ask if everything was alright. Great place to eat.

We went at an odd time, so not everything was fresh and hot. This is a great place to go when not everyone in your party is a Chinese food fan.
